Is the Azur Beach team easily available?

The Azur Beach office is open daily from 10 am to 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
Outside these hours and in case of emergency, you can always contact a member of the team available on site 24/24. His telephone number is indicated in the mobile home.

Are pets permitted? 

Yes,  your  pets are very welcome.

Is there a pool at the campsite?

No there is no pool but the campsite is located directly on the seafront.
It is always possible to visit the water park of Sainte-Maxime (7 km).

How far from the beach are the mobile homes?

Halfway between the beach and sporting  activities, our accommodations are about 200 m  or 5 minutes walk away.

The mobile homes are they in the shade?

This obviously depends on each mobile home and on the time of the day.
However, each has a terrace covered or with a parasol.
Moreover, they are all air conditioned and offering a haven of coolness during  high heat.

The mobile homes are they heated?

Yes, everyone has an electric heater and air conditioning reversible pulse of hot hair if necessary.

Sheets are provided?

Pillows and duvets are provided. Bed linen and towels can be rent for 15 €/week per mobile home.

Is it possible to make BBQ?

Absolutely.
 However, BBQ open fires (coal) are strictly forbidden. Only electric or gas BBQ are permitted. We do have gas BBQ available for rent (35 € per week). It is best to reserve the BBQ when you book your holidays.

Are all activities running during the entire season, the kids club for instance?

Kids club only operates during the peak season (July & August).
However a large number of activities run all season. 

Where do I park my vehicle?

Private parking lots are available next to the mobile homes or the villages.

Is the campsite secured?

Security staff is filtering the 2 entrances of the campsite. One needs a pass to enter.
Campsite gates are closing at 11.00 pm to prevent cars from circulating within the campsite. 
You may still enter but you will have to leave the car at the entrance.
Furthermore, security patrols are running all night to prevent any disorder.
If needed, safes are available at the campsite reception, open 24h..

Are the mobile homes connected to internet?

The mobile homes are not directly connected to the Internet. However, it is possible to connect wireless by buying cards at the campsite reception. Several rates are available depending on the length of connection you want.
